How we write and check questions
- Questions are mapped to the published TEAS 7 content outline: every section, sub-area and topic.

- New questions are solved independently by a separate reviewer without seeing the answer key; any disagreement is rewritten or removed.
- Each question is checked for clarity, accuracy and realistic wrong answers, and duplicates are removed automatically.
- Every question has a "Report a problem" link, and reports are reviewed and fixed.
