These terms govern your use of entranceready.com ("EntranceReady", "we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing access, you agree to them.

1. The service

EntranceReady provides online practice questions, practice exams and explanations to help students prepare for nursing school entrance exams. EntranceReady is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI), the owner of the TEAS® trademark.

2. Purchases and access

Payments are processed by Whop. After purchase you receive a personal access key that grants access for the period stated at checkout (currently 90 days). Your key is for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling or publishing your key or our content may result in access being revoked without a refund.

3. Intellectual property

All questions, passages, explanations and site content are original works owned by EntranceReady. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

4. No guarantee of results

We work hard to make our materials accurate and aligned with the published exam outline, but we cannot guarantee any particular score, admission decision or outcome. Practice scores are estimates and are not official exam scores.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
