Thirty days is enough time to raise your TEAS 7 score meaningfully — if you study consistently and spend your time on the right things. Here's a week-by-week plan.
Before you start: get a baseline
Take a short diagnostic covering all four sections. You need to know which section is costing you the most points before you plan anything. Most students guess wrong about their weakest area.
Daily target: 30–45 minutes, or roughly 25–40 practice questions. Consistency beats marathon weekends.
Week 1 — Foundations in your weakest section
- Spend about 60% of your daily questions on your weakest section and 40% on the second-weakest.
- Read every explanation, including on questions you got right.
- Start a list of the rules and facts you keep forgetting (conversions, comma rules, body-system functions).
Week 2 — Cover every topic
- Rotate through all four sections so nothing goes cold.
- In Science, cover every body system at least once — anatomy & physiology is the biggest part of the section.
- In Math, drill fractions, percent change, ratios and unit conversions until they're automatic.
- At the end of the week, take one timed section test to practice pacing.
Week 3 — Full-length test and targeted repair
- Take Practice Test 1 under real conditions: one sitting, real timing (about 3.5 hours).
- Spend the rest of the week on every topic that scored below 70%.
- Redo the questions you missed — then redo them again a few days later.
Week 4 — Timing, review and confidence
- Take Practice Test 2 early in the week and Practice Test 3 a few days before the exam.
- Review mistakes after each test, focusing on patterns (misreading, timing, a specific topic).
- Taper off in the last 1–2 days. Light review, good sleep, and know the test-day logistics.
